Costume Inspiration: Taylor Swift from 22

Hi there! If you're starting to think about your Hallowe'en costume (which everyone should be doing right now) and you just so happen to be a Taylor Swift fan, maybe you want to be her for Hallowe'en. You know, just maybe.

I put together two outfit recreations of two of the outfits she wore in her music video for the song "22." They're pretty inexpensive and easy to recreate, so it won't be hard on your wallet if you're looking for a budget-friendly costume this year.

Costume Inspiration: Taylor Swift from 22 #1

For this look, find a basic graphic tees with a bold phrase on it and pair with some black shorts, some oxfords, socks peeking through, red sunglasses, and a cute fedora. If you want to be a bit closer to the exact outfit, you could recreate the tee with this DIY from my very first days of blogging.

Last, but not least, don't forget to slap on some red lipstick and you're good to go! If you want to go all out, go to your local costume shop and find a blond wig with bangs to look as close to her as possible.

3. Topshop Black Lace Socks

7. ModCloth Oxford Flats

Costume Inspiration: Taylor Swift from 22 #2

This outfit is pretty simple and is made up of items that a good chunk of us probably have in our closets. Pair a black bodycon dress with some gold jewellery, black pumps, and a cute little cat ears headband that you could easily DIY if you don't feel like going out to buy it. You could also double as a more sultry cat for this outfit. All you need now is a tail!

1. ASOS Velvet Bodycon Dress
2. Baublebar Feline Triad Ring
3. Urban Outfitters Animal Ears Headband
4. Ted Baker Glitter Bangle
5. ASOS Limited Edition Stack Bangles
6. H&M Black Platform Pumps

Which outfit was your favourite? What are you planning to be for Hallowe'en this year? What do you think of being celebrities for Hallowe'en?

Thank you so much for reading!
